Mohammad Amjid is a Director at IHCM with over 13 years’ experience delivering and scaling specialist adult services across mental health and social care.

Dr Quazi Haque brings extensive executive, clinical, and strategic leadership experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of IHCM.

Sultan Amjid is a Director at IHCM with an economics background, leading strategic development, financial performance, investment, and real estate across the group.

Andy is Group Head of Commercial Partnerships for IHCM and brings with him over 30 years of NHS partnership working across multiple independent health and social care organisations.

Louise Talbot is Chief Operating Officer of IHCM. With more than 30 years’ experience across both the NHS and independent healthcare sector, Louise combines a clinical background as a specialist NHS Speech and Language Therapist with extensive operational leadership, driving high-quality, person-centred services and organisational performance.

Dr Imran Malik is Chief Medical Officer at IHCM, a highly experienced consultant psychiatrist with extensive leadership experience across the NHS and independent healthcare sectors.

Nikesh brings more than 35 years’ finance leadership experience across healthcare and international organisations. A Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), he has held senior roles with HCA Healthcare UK, The Wellington Hospital and King’s College Hospital London, leading strategic growth, transformation and operational excellence across complex healthcare organisations.
