Who We Are

About Integrated Health Care Group

Integrated Health Care Group is a leading health care management group bringing together well-established mental health hospitals, care homes, nursing care and supported living services under a single organisational structure.

Many services within the group have a long history of providing specialist care, building trusted relationships within their communities and with national commissioning bodies. IHCM brings these services together to provide greater clarity, alignment and visibility – not to change what makes each service effective, but to strengthen how they are supported, governed and sustained.

By operating at group level, IHCM ensures consistent standards of governance, safeguarding and quality assurance while allowing individual services to retain their identity, clinical focus and professional independence.

Who We Work With

Integrated Health Care Group works in close partnership with a wide range of organisations across the UK healthcare landscape, supporting individuals through publicly commissioned and privately funded care pathways. These relationships are built on trust, accountability and a shared commitment to delivering safe, appropriate and effective care.

A significant proportion of IHCM’s services are delivered in collaboration with the NHS, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and local authorities. The group works closely with commissioners and care coordinators to provide specialist support for individuals with complex mental health, physical health and long-term care needs. This includes supporting high-acuity cases, long-term placements and structured inpatient care within clearly defined regulatory and contractual frameworks.

IHCM understands the responsibilities that come with delivering care on behalf of public bodies. Services operate with transparency, clear reporting and strong governance, ensuring they align with national guidance, local commissioning priorities and regulatory expectations. Group-level oversight supports consistency across services, while allowing care teams to work flexibly in response to individual circumstances.
Alongside public-sector

partnerships, IHCM also supports individuals and families accessing care through the private route. This may include privately funded inpatient treatment, residential care, nursing support or supported living arrangements. In these cases, IHCM services work closely with individuals, families, referrers and insurers to ensure care is clearly explained, ethically delivered and appropriately governed.

Whether care is publicly commissioned or privately arranged, the group applies the same standards of governance, quality assurance and safeguarding. This consistency ensures that all individuals receive care that is safe, respectful and responsive to their needs, regardless of funding route.
Through its partnerships, IHCM aims to act as a trusted provider and long-term collaborator, supporting continuity of care, effective transitions and sustainable outcomes across the health and social care system.
