Dr Quazi Haque brings extensive executive, clinical, and strategic leadership experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer of IHCM. A co-founder of Elysium Healthcare, he was instrumental in building the organisation into one of the UK’s leading independent mental health providers. Most recently, as Chief Medical Officer at Elysium, part of Ramsay Health Care UK, he led operational excellence and strategic portfolio development across a national network of services.
With over two decades of clinical experience as a consultant psychiatrist, Dr Haque is a Fellow of both the Royal College of Psychiatrists and the Institute of Directors. He has been a prominent voice influencing healthcare policy and practice, combining clinical insight with commercial and organisational leadership.
At IHCM, Dr Haque leads the organisation’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and clinical direction. He works closely with the Board to ensure that expansion is clinically sound, operationally robust, and aligned with the highest standards of governance. His leadership is defined by a commitment to quality, innovation, and sustainable growth, positioning IHCM as a credible, values-led provider within the UK’s mental health landscape.
